TERMS OF USE INTRODUCTION

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (THESE "TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE

Thank you for shopping with Jane's Fashions & Bridal, LLC.

RETURN & EXCHANGE All sales are final on our merchandise. No refunds or returns are accepted. We do not accept returns and exchanges unless the item is damaged upon receipt. Unless dresses are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e., the incorrect item is delivered, delivered to an address other than provided at the time of order, etc.), they CANNOT be returned or exchanged. If the dress you received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will accept a return for re-inspection to assess the issue and determine the best way to rectify it. Your wish to return for re-inspection must be shipped back to our store and received within 5 business days from the time the package was delivered. Refunds will not be credited, and replacements/repairs will not be made if we do not receive your return within 5 business days from the day the package was delivered to you, with no exceptions. The returned dress must be in excellent, unworn condition, and packaged securely in the original or comparable packaging. When returned for re-inspection, the dress must be in perfect, new, never-worn condition as received at the time of delivery. It must not be damaged, soiled, stained, or torn, and be free of offensive odors (i.e., smoke). The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not refund return shipping fees unless the dress is determined to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. To return your dress for re-inspection, request the RA Request Form via our customer support email jpfashions61@gmail.com, with "RETURN" in the subject line. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and images of our products to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

SHIPPING We offer UPS and USPS Shipping Methods. Our number one priority is to ship orders to you as quickly as possible! During times of high order volume, we may need more time to ship your order, and we greatly appreciate your patience. Our standard processing time varies from 8-15 days; transit time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. Other faster shipping options are also available for an additional fee. Please note we only ship on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States). Special Orders shipping dates will be discussed upon completion of the sale. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Should a partial shipment be deemed necessary, there is no additional charge. Signature confirmation may be necessary. The order can only be adjusted within 1 hour of placing the order. Other changes after the 1-hour grace period cannot be honored. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return fees for non-delivery. Regarding shipment, the customer must pay the round shipping fees of the respective packages and the handling fee of $30.00 (USD) per package without exception. As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email that includes all your tracking information so you can follow your order right to your door.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY? Once your order has been shipped, we will send a notification to the email you provided when you ordered. This notification should include a tracking number that you can use to track your package from our distribution center right to your door. NOTE: If you don't see delivery information when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry. Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our transmission to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points. We ask that you please allow sufficient time for the shipper to provide updates regarding the progress of your order before contacting us. As soon as we release your order to a shipping carrier, you can track it from our distribution center right to your door.

PRE-SHIPPING INSPECTION Please double-check your order before submitting it to ensure that you have selected the correct size; we are not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer. We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item, including fabrics, seams, zippers, beads, rhinestones, and defects. We also double-check your order and compare it with the packing list for accuracy. Our inspection team takes pride in what they do, and we want you to feel safe ordering online from us.
